  19.         Well Found another problem with the PAR and LW 4.0  (PC Versions)
  20. You can save targas to your DOS drive and then transfer them to the PAR, but
  21. there is no way you can save directly to the PAR from Lightwave.  
  22.         Why you ask?  Well here's what happens, you click on save RGB.  Get
  23. a dialog requester for the name and destination.  Select, the PAR drive and
  24. type in a name ex: "Car.TGA".  Start rendering and everything seems fine.
  25. But when you go to play back the animation it says that there is only 1
  26. frame in the file!
  27.         Turns out lightwave took "Car.TGA" and sent targas named
  28. "Car.TGA001, Car.TGA002, etc."  Not good.  They have to be Car001.tga,
  29. Car002.tga, etc.  Lightwave just puts the frame number on the end of
  30. whatever the name of your file is.  This would be O.K. if I could just type
  31. "Car" in the requester, but the PAR doesn't allow access to anything w/o a
  32. .TGA extention.  If someone has figured out a workaround to this I'd love to
  33. know.
